Job summary

MAVENSIDE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on operations assistant to support daily business activities, deliveries, and logistics.

You will help with farming-related tasks, product setup, and customer interactions in a dynamic, growth-oriented team environment. The role emphasizes adaptability, initiative, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn across departments and contribute to events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Adaptability & Initiative: Strong sense of responsibility, proactive approach to problem-solving, and willingness to take initiative in daily tasks
• Communication & Teamwork: Good interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with customers and team members
• Physical Capabilities: Comfortable with hands-on physical labour, outdoor farm work, and standing for extended periods
• Flexibility: Open to supporting occasional weekend events or pop-ups when scheduled
• Driving License: Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage (for handling deliveries and logistics)

Responsibilities

• Maintain vanilla plants and farm areas
• Assist with planting, pruning, watering, weeding, grass cutting, and harvesting
• Assist with food production, packaging, labeling, inventory, and order preparation
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
• Prepare and assist with customer deliveries
• Handle collections, stock movements, and logistical arrangements
• Support bazaars, exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional activities
• Setup displays, introduce products, and engage customers
• Assist the founder with daily business operations
• Identify tasks that need attention and take initiative
• Support different departments whenever required
