Job summary

The Vine Search Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an organized Operations Assistant to support daily logistics and delivery operations, including DO processing, coordinating with transporters and customers, and ensuring smooth documentation and delivery flow.

In this role you will handle DO processing in the Bcore system, assist with delivery arrangements, liaise with drivers, production and planning teams for urgent orders, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Good written and spoken communication.
• Able to multitask and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and update DO in the Bcore system.
• Liaise with transporters and customers on DO returns.
• Coordinate delivery, prepare mill certificates, and liaise with customers before delivery.
• Follow up with drivers and customers on unloading issues.
• Coordinate with production and planning for urgent orders.
• Arrange coupler bar collection and delivery.
• Support QC matters (sample bars) and other logistics needs.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone or email.
• Maintain organized filing for easy document retrieval.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory counts.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Title: Operations Assistant Salary: $2,600 – $3,500 | Location: Sembawang| 5.5-day work week

Key Responsibilities

• Process and update DO in the Bcore system
• Liaise with transporters and customers on DO returns
• Assist with delivery arrangements, prepare mill certificates, and coordinate with customers before delivery
• Follow up with drivers and customers on unloading issues
• Liaise with production and planning teams on urgent customer order requests
• Arrange coupler bar collection and delivery
• Support the logistics team on QC matters (sample bars) and other logistics needs
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone or email
• Maintain organized manual and electronic filing for easy document retrieval
• Assist with stock takes and inventory counts
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• GCE N-Level / Polytechnic Diploma
• Min. 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Logistics/operations/delivery coordination experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel and email
• Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
