Job summary

The Vine Search Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage daily operations across the supply chain, ensuring goods and trailers move smoothly while coordinating with production, customers, and drivers.

The role requires at least a polytechnic diploma or GCE O-Level, 2 years in manufacturing, and proficiency in Excel and email. You will oversee routes, trailer yard matters, and compliance with SOPs, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or polytechnic diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Logistics/operations/delivery coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes with transport.
• Manage trailer/yard matters: overnight parking charges, jack follow-ups, inspections, GPS tracking, and daily master list updates.
• Ensure adequate supply of empty trailers to support production.
• Attend Production and Project meetings; update on parking, coupler, and DO status.
• Follow up with drivers/customers on overtime.
• Liaise with ICA Customs and PSA on operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and company policies.
• Assist with stock takes and other ad hoc duties.

Job Title: Logistics Executive
Salary: $3,200 – $3,800 | Location: Sembawang | 5.5-day workweek

About the Role

We're looking for a Logistics Executive to manage daily operations at ST1 —keeping goods, trailers, and vehicles moving smoothly across the supply chain,while coordinating closely with Production, customers, and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes with transport
• Manage trailer/yard matters: overnight parking charges, jack follow-ups, inspections, GPS tracking, and daily master list updates
• Ensure adequate supply of empty trailers to support production
