Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Operations Assistant to join our team in Sembawang. Working days are 5.5 days per week with hours 8am–5pm (Mon–Fri) and 8am–12pm (Sat). Salary ranges from SGD 2,600 to SGD 3,300 depending on experience.

The role involves processing DOs in the Bcore system, coordinating with transporters and customers for DO returns, arranging deliveries, and supporting QC and stock counts to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level / Polytechnic Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment to understand operational workflows.
• Prior experience in logistics, operations, or delivery coordination to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email and Excel.

Responsibilities

• To process and update DO in Bcore system.
• To liaise with transporters and customers for the return of DO.
• To assist on delivery arrangement, preparing of mill certificates and liaise with customers before delivery.
• To follow up with both the driver and the customer to address any issues related to unloading.
• Liaise with the production team and planner for urgent order requests by customers.
• Arranging coupler bar collection and delivery.
• To assist and support the logistics team on QC matters regarding sample bar and any other logistics matters
• Assist customers with their enquiries promptly either through phone or emails
• Organize files both manually and electronically and ensure documents are safely kept for easy retrieval
• Assist with stock takes and inventory count
• Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor
