Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to translate data into insights and engaging content
• Strong written communication and content creation skills
• Familiarity with presentation or design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva) is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, multicultural APAC environment

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of operational excellence initiatives across FM services.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and document SOPs and best practices.
• Coordinate monthly governance reporting.
