Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a well-spoken and organised Business Executive to support the Directors and the team in day-to-day activities, gaining exposure to operations, marketing, procurement and administration.

You will work with internal teams and external vendors, with training provided. The role includes using tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Excel, and Google Sheets, and driving AI adoption and business transformation across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree.
• No experience needed.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using Canva, ChatGPT and other basic business tools.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Interest in AI, automation and technology will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support business activities by preparing quotations, proposals, reports and client materials, conducting research, and assisting with sales coordination.
• Assist with daily business operations, reports, trackers, documentation and administrative matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on tasks, projects, meetings and company activities.
• Research vendors, source and compare quotations, and assist with vendor communication and negotiation.
• Support company marketing and employer branding activities, including LinkedIn and recruitment materials.
• Provide secretarial and administrative and coordination support to the Directors, including scheduling, research and meeting preparation.
• Use ChatGPT, Canva, Excel and Google Sheets to support daily work and improve productivity.
• Explore and assist with implementing AI, automation and digital tools to improve business processes.
