Responsibilities

• Plan daily works schedule for installers.
• Arrange drivers for pickups of workers and materials.
• Respond to last-minute changes in schedule, timing or vehicle issues.
• Raise purchase requests for materials with purchaser.
• Keep track of production items to schedule installations.
• Monitor signed and unsigned delivery orders.

• Able to use various communication tools (WhatsApp, Emails, Telephone) To correspond and liase
• Neat & meticulous to details
• Able to respond to last minute changes in work arrangement
• Able to work closely with various internal department
• Self-discipline and have aim to accomplish task

Job Responsibilities

• To plan daily works schedule for installars
• To arrange drivers for pick up workers, collections of materials
• To respond to last minute changes such as change in schedule, timing, vehicle break downs
• To raise purchase request for ordering materials with purchaser
• To keep track of production items to schedule for installation
• To keep track of signed and unsigned Delivery order.
