Job summary

AMICO TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a site coordinator in Singapore to support measurements, surveys, and client interactions. You will attend sales show rounds, document requirements, and brief installers based on site surveys to ensure prepared and safe operations on site.

The role involves attending client meetings, driving duties when required, and maintaining accurate reports. You should be neat, meticulous and self-driven to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Class 3 driving license preferred and able to drive a 10ft lorry.
• Able to use WhatsApp, phone, and email for communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and PDF editing for reports.
• Attend meetings with clients.
• Neat, meticulous and self-driven to accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Able to do site measurements & survey with clients & prepare report of survey in office
• To attend sales site show round and take notes for requirements
• To brief workers base on site survey situation for installers to better equipped themself for the works.
• To attend to site defects matters and prepare for closure of works
• Able to perform simple signs installation for 1man task
