Job summary

TRANSIONTECH PTE. LTD., a Singapore-based SME in consumer electronics, seeks an Operations Accountant (Supply Chain Specialist) to bridge finance and logistics.

You will own data pipelines, reconcile supplier and buyer portals, and coordinate with regional teams in China and India to ensure accurate financials and timely shipments. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operational finance or logistics accounting, strong Xero skills, and knowledge of incoterms.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Logistics/Supply Chain Management with a strong financial background.
• 3+ years of experience in operational finance, logistics accounting, or cost tracking in trading/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Ownership: manage outsourced bookkeeping and ensure supply chain invoices, freight, and inventory entries feed into Xero.
• Tier-1 Buyer Account Reconciliation: monthly statements with MNC buyers and global portals; resolve billing mismatches.
• Price Variance Tracking: analyze Purchase Price Variances against baseline costs.
• Inventory Control: monitor international inventory-in-transit balances and reconcile with GL.
• Regional Finance Liaison: coordinate with China/India accountants to reconcile accounts.

Education

Accountancy/Finance or Logistics degree
