ABB is seeking an Operational Finance Manager for Commercial Operations APAC based in Singapore. You will lead financial planning, reporting, and governance across the APAC Commercial Operations network, collaborating with RDCs, LSOs, and regional leadership to ensure accurate forecasting and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, commercial finance, or business finance roles in a multinational or matrix organization.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, financial controls, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and performance management for APAC Commercial Operations and RDCs/LSOs.
• Drive working capital optimization via inventory deployment, E&O provisions, and cost performance.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic support, identify risks/opportunities, and advise leadership.
• Partner with Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Controlling, and Global Finance to strengthen controls and governance.
