Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement lead to identify, deploy, and drive initiatives that deliver operational and financial gains and improved customer satisfaction.

You will partner with site stakeholders to analyse processes, implement enhancement frameworks, and lead CI projects through training and coaching to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in business or technical/engineering/operational discipline.
• At least 3 years delivering step-change improvements in business performance.
• Experience with business improvement tools; Lean or TOC; Six Sigma certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, deploy, and drive targeted projects delivering operational and financial results.
• Act as a Business Partner to drive performance improvements by analysing processes.
• Establish frameworks across the organisation to enable continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance productivity and outcomes.
• Lead CI projects, including training, coaching, and delivering results.
• Stay updated on management practices and process optimization.
