Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced leader to manage the overall site operations and drive profitability for the business unit. The role focuses on cost efficiency, safety, timely fulfilment, and delivering high customer satisfaction through strong operational leadership.

The successful candidate will set strategic direction, develop production schedules, and champion continuous improvement with lean manufacturing across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of leadership experience in medtech plastics manufacturing or operations.
• Proven track record of successful P&L management and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall site operations and financial performance (P&L) of the business unit.
• Lead production to ensure cost-efficiency, safety, on-time fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
• Set operational direction and achieve goals for volume, schedule adherence, and quality.
• Develop production schedules to optimize resources, capacity, and machine efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain and elevate product quality standards, resolving issues promptly.
• Track and analyze KPIs to improve plant performance and decision-making.
