Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist in Singapore to identify and implement process improvements that boost efficiency, quality and productivity. Salary:

Up to $3,500/month

Contract Length:

12 Months

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday (8am-5.30pm)

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Analyse operational data, identify root causes, and develop solutions to address process inefficiencies
• Work with regional stakeholders to support business improvement
• Support a culture of continuous improvement through employee engagement and change management.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in continuous improvement, process optimisation, operational excellence, or a similar role is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and change management.
