Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking an Application & Technical Support Specialist for APAC, based in Singapore. You will monitor DMS production services, investigate issues, and coordinate across Support, SRE and R&D teams to minimize client impact.

The role requires hands-on technical skills in EDM and DL+ environments, data integrations, and strong SQL/Python capabilities. You will support incident management, deployments, and operational readiness, ensuring continuity of client services across the APAC

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production services and investigate issues, escalate where needed.
• Support incident management and troubleshoot across apps and jobs.
• Assist production deployments, readiness validation and post‑deployment support.
• Perform health checks across DMS environments to ensure continuity.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, SRE, R&D and Client Services on issues.
• Provide hands‑on technical support for EDM and DL+ environments.
