Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd invites applications for a on-site role responsible for venue operations, security, and general estate tasks within a college setting.

You will manage opening/closing, gate security, and the security system, while providing event support and supervising contractors to ensure smooth operations during exams and functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate management or security-related roles preferred.
• Ability to perform gate duties and security checks.
• Willingness to assist with logistics for events and examinations.

Responsibilities

• Opening & closing of venues and classrooms.
• Traffic control and gate duties during arrival and peak times.
• Arming & disarming of security systems.
• Cleaning duties and general upkeep.
• Logistical support for events, including moving furniture.
• Supervising contractors on-site during work.
• Any other estate-management related tasks as assigned.
