Job summary

COBB & COACH SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Operations Manager to lead a drivers team and oversee daily logistics operations in Singapore. The role focuses on scheduling, performance evaluation, and ensuring delivery targets are met.

You will manage crises, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, planning and reporting to senior management are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an operations or driver team.
• Strong time management and ability to plan delivery schedules and handle complaints.
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues independently.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and project management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Possession of a Diploma in Logistic Planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of drivers, including scheduling tasks and evaluating performance.
• Ensure the drivers’ team achieves daily transport operation targets.
• Plan, organize and assign drivers for daily schedules and work.
• Handle crises such as disruptions, complaints, investigations and urgent issues.

• Onsite event management responsibilities.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and staff training aligned to changes.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; report to senior management.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.

• Lead and manage a team of drivers which involves tasks like scheduling tasks, assigning responsibilities, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure that the drivers' team is able to achieve their daily transport operations works' target
• Plan, organize and assign drivers' for their daily schedules and work
• Crisis management in case of the unexpected issues like disruptions, customers' complaints, investigations and resolving urgent delivery issues
• Fostering strong relationship with stakeholders
• Be able to effectively manage customers' accounts
• Onsite Event Management
• Ensure that the company is in compliance with industry regulations and standards. This involves keeping updated with laws and regulations that affect the company’s operations and ensuring the staff training accordingly.
• Analyzing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Also reporting these findings to senior management.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned
