Job summary

Domestic Maid Specialist is seeking a qualified supervisor to lead a team, set clear objectives, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will organize workflows, coach staff, and uphold safety standards in a deadline-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supervision, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to improving efficiency, with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
