Job summary

Hebeloft Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an operations professional to learn and support end-to-end processes including purchasing, inventory, order fulfilment, retail distribution and e-commerce operations.

You will collaborate with departments, review processes, document SOPs, support improvements, use AI tools to automate tasks, and assist with data analysis and forecasting to inform management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the company's end-to-end processes, including purchasing, inventory, order fulfilment, retail distribution and e-commerce operations.
• Work closely with different departments to understand their workflows, challenges and operational requirements.
• Review existing processes and identify inefficiencies, duplicated work, errors and opportunities for improvement.
• Document and update standard operating procedures, workflows, checklists and process maps.
• Support the implementation of improved processes and monitor whether they are working effectively.
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive administrative tasks, reporting and data management.
• Assist with sales, inventory and operational data analysis to support management decisions.
• Participate in inventory forecasting and stock planning projects.
• Support the improvement of internal systems, file management and information flow between departments.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on timelines, deliverables and action items.
• Assist management with special projects, business research and preparation of reports or presentations.
• Perform other operational and business development duties as assigned.
