Job summary

ECARPENTRY WERKSHOP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable supervisor to support the Operations Manager with daily tasks, oversee the operations team, and ensure smooth execution of work on site.

You will coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, participate in planning and documentation of new projects, and help orient new team members to standard procedures. Strong MS Office skills and the ability to multi-task are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong computer and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good analytical, organizational and time-management abilities.
• Able to multi-task.
• 6-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in daily work.
• Provide daily updates on team progress to Operations Manager.
• Preliminary planning and documentation of new projects assigned.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the operations team.
• Ensure operations team is able to execute their work efficiently.
• Identify issues / problems encountered by operation team and provide effective recommendations to resolve the issues / problems.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients on site progress on timely basis.
• Liaising with supplier, vendor and subcontractors as necessary.
• Orientate new team members on operations procedures and processes.
• Coordinate with office's admin & finance department on payment and billing matters.
