Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operating Theatre Staff Nurse to support surgeons, perform scrub and AU nursing, and document clinical notes. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe perioperative care and accurate patient handover.

Candidates must hold a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with SNB licence and be prepared to contribute to ongoing protocol reviews and improvements in patient care.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid SNB licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during operative procedures and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Perform Scrub and/or Anaesthetic Unit nursing responsibilities in line with protocols.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support safe patient transfer before and after surgery.
• Provide post-operative recovery nursing care and monitor patients' conditions.
• Participate in review and continuous improvement of nursing protocols and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
