WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operating Theatre Staff Nurse in Singapore to support surgical procedures and ensure high-quality patient care.

The role involves scrub and AU nursing, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams for safe transfers before and after surgery. The ideal candidate holds a valid SNB licence and demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced operating theatre environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during operative procedures and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Perform Scrub and/or AU nursing responsibilities per protocols.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for safe patient transfer before/after surgery.
• Provide post-operative recovery nursing care and monitor patients.
• Participate in review and continuous improvement of nursing protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe and efficient patient transfer before and after surgery.
• Provide post-operative recovery nursing care and monitor patients' conditions.
• Participate in the review and continuous improvement of nursing protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
