Job summary

Central Hospital is seeking a Patient Service Associate (Operating Theatre) to join our team in Singapore. This role involves handling patient registration, admissions, transfers and discharges using SAP and EMR systems, and providing financial counselling for surgical services.

Work hours are standard office hours with multiple staggered shifts. You will support daily OT and Endoscopy operations, coordinate appointments and liaise with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient care and

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration, admission, transfer and discharge using SAP, EMR and other healthcare systems.
• Manage payment processing and financial counselling for surgical procedures and services.
• Coordinate outpatient appointments and inpatient bed bookings.
• Contact patients before procedures to confirm admission timings, fasting and preparation instructions.
• Support daily Operating Theatre (OT) and Endoscopy (Endo) operations, including preparing procedure listings and retrieving patient records.
• Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding theatre facilities and services.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support for the department.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for goods, invoices and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain departmental stock, including patient supplies, stationery, pantry and catering items.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure smooth operations and patient care.
