Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated nurse to provide peri-procedural nursing support in the endoscopy and operating room setting in Singapore. You will assist doctors during procedures and ensure patient safety throughout the journey.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to safety standards. You will also contribute to process improvements and billing documentation in line with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Must comply with endoscopy and operating room techniques and safety standards.
• Provide peri-procedural nursing support to doctors during procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and procedures.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and support teams to ensure safe turnover of procedures.
• Deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care throughout the procedural journey.
• Ensure billing documentation and charges are captured per hospital procedures.
• Participate in the review and improvement of nursing protocols and procedures.
• Contribute to patient safety, service quality and operational efficiency.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Support doctors during endoscopy and anaesthesia-related procedures.
• Provide peri-procedural nursing care and monitor patient status.
• Document procedures and patient care accurately in medical records.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to turnover procedures safely and efficiently.
• Maintain patient-centred care and safety throughout the procedural journey.
• Ensure correct billing documentation and charges are processed.
• Help review and update nursing protocols and policies.
• Support initiatives to improve patient safety and service quality.
