in Singapore is opening a new front desk team and seeks a warm, organised Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to welcome patients and keep the reception running smoothly. You will register patients, manage appointments and reminders by phone, WhatsApp and email; process payments and support clinic administration; explain clinic processes and coordinate with clinicians to keep patients informed.

Qualifications

• A caring, professional manner and clear communication.
• Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm when busy.
• Confidence using computers and willingness to learn clinic software.
• Reception, healthcare, hospitality or customer-service experience is helpful; dental experience is an advantage, but applicants keen to learn are welcome.
• Availability for a roster that includes weekend and evening sessions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients, and keep patient details accurate.
• Manage appointments, reminders and enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Process payments, assist with daily reconciliation and support clinic administration.
• Explain appointment arrangements and clinic processes, referring clinical questions to the dentist.
• Coordinate with the clinical team so patients are kept informed and appointments run smoothly.
• Maintain an organised reception area and protect patient confidentiality.
• Assist with clinic opening and closing routines.
