Precise Development Pte Ltd is seeking a on-site Resident Technical Officer to monitor daily contractor activity, site progress, safety and schedule compliance. You will review drawings, prepare defect lists, and ensure works meet approved plans and statutory requirements.

The role requires a Diploma or higher with at least 1 year of relevant experience and RTO registration with BCA/IES/ACES. Civil/structural experience is preferred, and immediate vacancy exists.

Formación

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's/Post-Graduate degree.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Must be registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES.
• Junior Engineer with civil/construction/structural specialization preferred.
• Team player with leadership, communication and supervision skills.
• Immediate vacancy.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily contractor activity, site progress, schedule and safety.
• Carry out administrative duties as required by QP/Superintending Officer/Consultant/Employer.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure works follow approved plans.
• Highlight discrepancies and report site progress and non-conformances.
• Review contractor method statements and ensure compliance on site.
• Prepare lists of defects and monitor rectification progress.
• Ensure all construction works comply with statutory requirements.
