Job summary
EV GROUP E. THALLNER SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking skilled Field Service Engineers to join our Singapore team. In this full-time role you will deliver hands-on technical support and maintenance for our semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
You will conduct site surveys, assist on-site installations and acceptance tests, troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, implement upgrades, and train customer personnel on-site to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys prior to tools installation
- Support and perform on-site installations and acceptance tests
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Perform tools preventive maintenance
- Implement equipment upgrades and modifications
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service via phone, email or in person
- Conduct training to our customers on-site personnel
