Job summary

combuilder pte ltd is seeking a proactive Operations & Support Lead to oversee service delivery and ongoing operations for a learning technology project deployed at the customer site. The role acts as the primary onsite liaison among the customer, project stakeholders, technical teams, and support vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/EdTech/Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, service delivery, or support.
• Experience supporting enterprise digital platforms, cloud-based systems, or LMS.
• Experience managing vendors, support teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with structured project delivery and governance environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational support for the learning technology platform and associated systems.
• Monitor system performance, service availability, and operational issues to ensure continuity of services.
• Coordinate operational readiness activities for system enhancements, releases, and maintenance activities.
• Develop, review, and maintain operational procedures, workflows, and support documentation.
• Ensure operational processes comply with organisational policies, governance standards, and service requirements.
• Support business continuity and operational resilience initiatives.
