Job summary

COMBUILDER PTE LTD is seeking an proactive Operations & Support Lead to support the delivery and ongoing operations of a learning technology project deployed at the customer’s site. You will represent the vendor team onsite and act as the primary operational liaison between the customer, project stakeholders, and support vendors.

The role emphasizes strong operational management, stakeholder engagement, and experience managing support services within a structured, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, information systems, education tech, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management, service delivery, or support roles.
• Experience with enterprise digital platforms, cloud-based systems, or LMS.
• Experience managing vendors, support teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with structured project delivery and governance environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational support for the learning technology platform and related systems.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and issues to ensure continuity of services.
• Coordinate readiness activities for system enhancements, releases, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, workflows, and support documentation.
• Ensure processes comply with policies, governance, and service requirements.
• Support business continuity and operational resilience initiatives.
