Job summary

U3 Infotech Pte Ltd is seeking a Network Engineer with CCNA to support, administer, and troubleshoot our enterprise network infrastructure in Singapore. The role focuses on hands-on work with Cisco routing & switching, routing protocols, firewalls, and day-to-day network operations.

You will configure and manage LAN/WAN/WLAN environments, VPNs, and security policies, monitor performance, perform upgrades, and document network changes while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• CCNA certification required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching.
• Experience maintaining enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN.
• Ability to configure VPNs, firewalls, and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
• Manage and support Cisco routers, switches, and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP, ACLs, NAT, DNS, and DHCP.
• Administer enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco Firepower.
• Configure Site-to-Site VPN and Remote Access VPN.
• Monitor network performance, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Perform firmware upgrades, network maintenance, and infrastructure improvements.
• Support network implementation, migration, and technology refresh projects.
• Maintain network documentation and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
