Job summary
NTT Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Network Engineer (L1) to join the Network Operations team in Tampines, Singapore. This onsite role focuses on hands-on Cisco networking, routing & switching, and day-to-day network operations.
Candidates with 6 months+ hands-on experience and CCNA certification are encouraged to apply. The role requires strong English communication and the ability to coordinate with L2/L3 engineers and vendors. OT may be required.
Qualifications
- 6 months+ hands-on experience in Network Engineering, Network Support or NOC roles.
- CCNA certification or equivalent is required.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and VLAN.
- Experience with Cisco routing & switching and basic network troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1 onsite network support for infrastructure and equipment.
- Perform day-to-day BAU network operations and support projects.
- Configure, install, test and troubleshoot network devices.
- Support Cisco routers and switches.
- Monitor network availability, performance and alerts.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and senior engineers for RCA.
