Job summary

Element Materials Technology is seeking an Engineer to join the operations team for onsite NDT testing. You will perform routine and non-routine testing and report results with minimal supervision, while following safety rules and company procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Science and offers opportunities to develop skills in testing, data analysis, and training of colleagues within a global laboratory network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Science is required.
• No work experience is required for this role.
• Knowledge of construction site and laboratory safety is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate NDT testing onsite, including test arrangement, testing and reporting.
• Provide data analysis guidance to coworkers and customers.
• Ensure SINGLAS Accreditation compliance.
• Assist in the professional development of junior technicians and engineers.
• Apply diverse testing methods, procedures, and materials in advanced analyses.
• Read and translate drawings and technical requirements to reach testing conclusions.
• Present testing results to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Review test reports to maintain regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
• Develop training materials and deliver technical training to colleagues.
