The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Civil or Materials Engineering, a keen eye for detail and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced lab environment. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Test development and laboratory tasks - conducting tests and analyzing data
• Job documentation - recording and reporting
• Ensure all laboratory work, equipment conditions, and documentation comply with quality standards
• Support accreditation maintenance and renewal activities, including audits and proficiency testing
• Keep workspaces, records, and materials organized for traceable lab operations
• Regularly update progress and promptly report challenges
• Maintain good internal and external communication
• Collaborate with team members to promote teamwork
