The successful candidate will operate on NDT testing onsite, read drawings, prepare reports, and support the SINGLAS accreditation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Science mandatory.
• No previous experience required.
• Knowledge of safety on construction sites is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate NDT testing onsite, including test arrangement, testing and reporting.
• Provide counsel to coworkers and customers requiring critical analysis of data.
• Be responsible for SINGLAS Accreditation.
• Assist in the professional development of novice technicians and engineers.
• Utilise various skills, methods, and materials in advanced testing analysis.
• Capable of reading/ translating construction drawings and technical requirements to reach testing conclusions.
• Confidently present testing outcomes to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Review test reports and ensure laboratory compliance and inspection readiness.
• Develop training material and deliver technical training to laboratory colleagues.
