Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material flow for engine production.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years in procurement, with proficiency in MS Office and Power BI for tracking and reporting. You will support inventory control and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of procurement, supply chain, or materials management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in purchase order management, supplier coordination, material planning, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders for new, overhaul, exchange, and repair parts to support timely material flow for engine production.
• Track material availability, shortages, supplier commitments, and delivery status with vendors.
• Maintain accurate and timely material shortage information.
• Identify material constraints and coordinate with stakeholders on material solutions for production requirements.
• Support supplier performance reviews and follow-up actions related to cost, quality, delivery, and service.
• Support inventory control through WIP management and aging finished goods monitoring.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve defective parts and related issues.
• Reconcile invoice discrepancies with vendors, Accounts Payable, and stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve procurement processes and inventory control.
