Job summary

RTX, a world leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking a Procurement/Warehouse professional in Singapore to manage purchase orders and oversee material flow for engine production. This role emphasizes PO management, supplier coordination, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

You will track availability, shortages, and delivery status, while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related.
• 1–2 years of procurement, supply chain, or materials management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in PO management, supplier coordination, material planning, or inventory management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders for new, overhaul, exchange, and repair parts to support timely material flow for engine production.
• Track material availability, shortages, supplier commitments, and delivery status; follow up with vendors on outstanding orders.
• Maintain accurate and timely material shortage information.
• Identify material constraints and coordinate with stakeholders on material solutions to support production requirements.
• Support supplier performance reviews and follow up on actions relating to cost, quality, delivery and service performance.
• Support timely material fulfillment and inventory control through active WIP management and monitoring of aging finished goods and WIP.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve defective parts and other material-related issues.
• Reconcile invoice discrepancies with vendors, Accounts Payable, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve procurement processes, material flow, and inventory control.
