Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Singapore seeks an organized logistics warehouse coordinator to join our Singapore site. You will coordinate daily warehouse operations, receive and process engines and parts in SAP, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure safe handling and timely shipping of materials.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehousing, a NITEC/diploma, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office; forklift license preferred. A structured environment with training and opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in warehousing or logistics
• NITEC or Diploma in relevant field
• Forklift license preferred; SAP knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, material flow, inventory control and shipping
• Record engines and parts in SAP with accurate transactions
• Maintain inventory accuracy through binning, storage, picking, stock adjustments and cycle counts
• Ensure proper segregation, identification and FIFO control of materials
• Prepare shipping documentation and cargo information for outbound shipments
• Support after-hours AOG requirements and audits
• Maintain logs and SAP records for traceability and performance
• Collaborate as an independent team player with safety first approach
