Job summary

Romulus Digital in Singapore is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to provide onsite IT support for a client. You will be the first point of contact for users, resolving common hardware and software issues and supporting Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 workloads.

This role requires at least 3 years in IT helpdesk or desktop support, strong communication, and willingness to work a shift roster including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree or similar IT qualification.
• Experience supporting end users in helpdesk/desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of Dynamics 365 or related enterprise apps.
• Experience managing user accounts and access permissions.
• Ability to diagnose common hardware/software issues and basic networking.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a shift roster including weekends/public holidays in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for users needing technical assistance and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Provide day-to-day support for workplace technology including computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and perform routine admin tasks.
• Handle initial troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 incidents and coordinate escalation.
• Process user account and access requests per security procedures.
• Set up and troubleshoot end-user devices and business applications.
• Maintain IT asset records and life-cycle status.
• Coordinate with vendors for service, licensing, and warranty claims.
• Support meeting room tech and video conferencing setups.
• Document support requests and actions taken for issue resolution.
