GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer for on-site technical support in Singapore.

You will install, commission, test, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites, ensuring quality and uptime. The role requires a diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics and at least 2 years of relevant field service experience, with N3 Laser Licence as a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or similar.
Ability to work independently and seek support when needed.
Customer-focused with strong service orientation, flexibility, and patience.
Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial or large-scale machinery.
N3 Laser Licence/Certification is a plus.
Experience in semiconductor, PCB, or packaging substrate industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support, including equipment installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
Respond to and resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimise downtime.
Support equipment acceptance and commissioning activities at customer sites.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and deliver suitable technical solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with regional and overseas technical teams to deliver high-quality technical support and services.
Prepare and submit accurate service reports, maintenance records, and related documentation.
Provide operational guidance and basic technical training to customers when required.
Work in cleanroom, manufacturing, and industrial environments while adhering to all safety regulations and company procedures.
