Job summary

LINKTRIX CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance at customer sites in Singapore. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful on-site operations and documentation.

The role requires good problem-solving and communication skills, willingness to travel, and the ability to work at customer sites. Diploma/Degree in related engineering fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in equipment maintenance, field service, troubleshooting, or technical support is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to travel and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, test, and commission equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and carry out fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support spare parts and equipment maintenance activities.
