Job summary

MegaTech Live IT Services in Singapore is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer - L1 to join our onsite team. You will handle end-user IT issues, perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting on macOS devices, and ensure Apple hardware and peripherals operate smoothly.

Qualifications

• L1 Desktop Support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and IT issues.
• Mandatory experience supporting Apple devices.
• Basic hardware & software troubleshooting for macOS, MacBooks/iMacs, iPhones/iPads.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable working fully onsite
