BECA CARTER HOLLINGS & FERNER (S.E.ASIA) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced site supervisor to manage a team of technical supervisors on site. The role requires ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements, interpreting drawings, and leading on structural works with a strong focus on buildability and safety.

The appointed person will interact with MOM regulations, lead a team of Resident Technical Officers, and coordinate with authorities and contractors to ensure timely project

Qualifikationen

• Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering for PE Board Singapore registration.
• IES/ACES accreditation with valid Resident Engineer Practising Certificate.
• Minimum 8 years C&S experience with construction of building structures.
• Knowledge of BIM and VDC capabilities is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and contractors for timely project completion.
• Interpret drawings and contract documents for on-site works and buildability/safety criteria.
• Supervise architectural, interior, façade, signage and landscape works interfacing with building services.
• Ensure works align with approved drawings, samples, method statements and building codes.
• Maintain site documentation including safety records, shop drawings and as-built submissions.
• Attend site progress, client-consultant, variation and coordination meetings.
