Job summary

CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS PTE. LTD. is seeking a competent Civil Engineering Supervisor to oversee on-site construction works in line with BCA regulations.

You will ensure accurate implementation of design documentation and coordinate multiple trades to maintain safety on site. The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of on-site supervision experience, and registration as Resident Technical Officer or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from polytechnic or tertiary institution.
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 5 years of site supervision experience, preferably on building works.
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer by IES/ACES.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and MS Project for updates and reports.
• Familiar with local codes and regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out construction supervision of works under BCA regulations and ensure design docs are safely implemented on site.
• Coordinate on-site activities and ensure construction safety.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project as assigned.
