Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage on-site catering operations.
• Maintain direct contact with clients and join feedback meetings.
• Ensure compliance with catering service specifications.
• Optimize profits through supervision of staff, food cost and expenses.
• Plan menus, production, and manpower schedules; manage purchasing.
• Uphold ISS standards for hygiene, safety and equipment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; coordinate with Operations Manager.
• Record daily sales, monitor purchases, and prepare reports.
