Job summary

Capgemini Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Management Office professional to oversee governance, budgeting, and resource planning across multiple programs. The role involves tracking delivery, ensuring SDLC compliance, and providing executive reporting on risks and opportunities.

The candidate will develop budget templates, monitor spend, review variances, and coordinate with project managers on milestone tracking. Strong process improvement and people development skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Track delivery of programs/projects in compliance with plans, deadlines, deliverables, budget, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects/releases adhere to SDLC and relevant organizational rules and policies.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project statuses, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop templates for program/project budget tracking and reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date records of investment and expense utilization.
• Periodically review project budget spending and analyze variances between plan and actuals.
• Collaborate with project managers to track and review progress on acquisition and payment milestones.
• Perform resource planning and acquisition with Program/Project Managers.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of resources and vendors.
• Centralize and maintain resource allocation records for optimization across programs and projects.
• Devise and refine processes, procedures, and templates to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train and guide project managers and team members on project management processes and tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to streamline processes and enhance delivery capabilities.

Project Governance
