Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant clinical research experience.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management or related role.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical operations and quality aspects per ICH GCP for studies of low-to-moderate complexity.
• Develop and implement monitoring plans and MAP; assist with CRF design and TMF content.
• Lead team meetings, track timelines and budgets, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate start-up activities, ethics/regulatory submissions, and document quality control.
• Manage CRF collection, query resolution, and ensure contract deliverables meet scope.
