Job summary

Medpace is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee day-to-day project operations within our Singapore group. You will serve as the Sponsor contact for operational issues and ensure study deliverables meet ICH/GCP guidelines while coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role requires oncology trial experience, strong English communication, and a flexible, globally oriented mindset. This is an on-site position based in Singapore within a leading CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health or life science-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least two years of clinical trial management experience in Asia Pacific, ideally in a CRO.
• Experience in Oncology studies is required.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Flexible, accountable and comfortable working in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the project per contract and ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
• Provide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and training.
• Review and input for study protocol, edit check specs, data analysis plan, and final study report.
