Job summary

Planet Pharma in Singapore seeks an experienced Clinical Operations leader to manage an oncology development program. You will own operational delivery, coordinate CROs, CDMOs, investigators and stakeholders, drive plans and risk management, and ensure alignment across the project lifecycle with autonomy and accountability.

Ideal candidates bring proven delivery across phases, strong communication, and a biotech/pharma background in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Strong Clinical Operations experience, ideally with oncology exposure.
• Experience as a Clinical Project Manager or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating CROs, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive programs operationally.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within biotech orpharmaceutical environments.

The Opportunity

We are looking to speak with experienced Project Leads / Project Managers within Clinical Operations for a permanent opportunity in Singapore.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of the program from an operational perspective, coordinating across CROs, CDMOs, investigators and other key stakeholders to help drive the program into and through clinical development.

• Take operational ownership of an oncology clinical development program.
• Coordinate activities across CROs, CDMOs, investigators and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Experience coordinating CROs, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive clinical programs forward operationally.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
