Job summary

The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking an experienced Onboarding Leader in Singapore to oversee the end-to-end onboarding of Financial Representatives. You will ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and continuous improvement through process and technology enhancements.

Lead onboarding operations, coach a high-performing team, and collaborate with Compliance, Distribution and IT to implement digital solutions and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new Financial Representatives.
• Ensure regulatory, audit, and internal control readiness across onboarding activities.
• Support daily operations and act as backup to ensure business continuity.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Partner with Compliance, Distribution and Operations to align onboarding with regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements, digitalisation, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Lead and support strategic projects and system enhancements with IT teams and vendors.
