Great Eastern is seeking a Senior Learning Partner to design, deliver, and continuously enhance learning experiences for its financial representative force. You will work with agency leaders and trainers to translate capability needs into impactful solutions that drive salesforce performance and professional standards.
Responsibilities include delivering CPD-aligned training, developing IBF-accredited curricula, and tracking outcomes to improve programme effectiveness.
The Senior Learning Partner supports the Continuous Development and Consultancy function in building the professional capability of Great Eastern Life’s financial representative force. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and continuously enhancing learning experience that ensure financial representatives meet regulatory CPD requirements while strengthening the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to serve clients effectively and grow their practice. As a key individual contributor, the role partners closely with agency leaders, trainers, and industry stakeholders to translate capability needs into impactful learning solutions that drive salesforce performance and professional standards.
