Job summary

Peoplebank Asia is seeking a junior Analyst to support Client Onboarding & KYC within GM NBG and Operations, coordinating onboarding requests and managing documentation and accounts for timely launches.

The role requires around 2 years in KYC or client-facing roles, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and English fluency. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Credit, Compliance and Risk to uphold regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Approximately 2 years of KYC and client onboarding experience.
• Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders preferred.
• Strong understanding of KYC processes and regulatory considerations.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to prioritise and coordinate onboarding requests.
• Manage the documentation and account-opening process from initiation through completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding journey.
• Liaise with Legal, Credit Risk Management, Counterparty Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
• Provide timely updates on onboarding progress and outstanding requirements.
• Identify delays, issues, and bottlenecks and drive resolution.
